Today I'm sharing week 32. After weeks 30 & 31 were combined into one spread, I made an effort to take a few more photos this week. Even if two of them are of Gracie.
The left side; I've really loved including a backyard photo every week. It's so fun to flip through and see how the seasons changed from one week to the next, and to see the effects of the lack of rain we got this year. The trees in the grass kept growing because the grass was dying and we weren't mowing regularly.
The pattern card is from Feed Your Craft and the chipboard piece on top is from Ali Edwards. i love this one. I've been obsessed with phrase strips, and this chipboard piece makes my heart happy.
Right side; I really enjoyed Into the Water. This year has been the year of mysteries and thrillers, but it's also helping me stay on track for reading 100 books this year. I had to cover a laundry shift at work, so I included a photo of the laundry room. I want to go back and see if I have a photo from before we got new washers and dryers and tell a story using the Time kit, or something similar about how it's changed but hasn't changed.
Please don't look too closely at the game on the bottom right corner. It's called Bears vs. Babies and we opened the Not Safe For Work package of cards that goes with it. It's so inappropriate, but Jon and I don't have kids, so we can own games like that. It also follows our sense of humor (sorry, we're like 5).
