Hello! Today I'm sharing Week 28 of Project Life.
I think one of the biggest struggles as a scrapbooker is to use your supplies. I'm guilty of hoarding my favourite pieces, and sometimes even pieces that I don't love that much, but could see myself using on a project. This week I made myself use up the little speech bubbles I got in this Day in the Life kit and didn't use in my mini album. I used some of them on this spread and some on the spread I'm sharing on Friday.
Here's the spread for this week. I used bright colours and switched up the pocket page for the right side.
The left side is super simple. I cut the little tail off the speech bubble because it hung down into my journaling. Maybe I should have stapled it down first, but I like it without the speech bubble.
The right side is a Design F pocket page (one 4x6 in the top left and the rest are 3x4). I changed up the page this week because I need a little more photo space for the next week, and I love that this worked really well.
I managed to tell a more complete story of visiting my niece and nephew when my mom babysits them, and that matters more to me than including every single photo.
I'll be back here on Friday sharing Week 29.
